🌱 ♻️ A Next-Generation Approach in PV Recycling: Solvent-Free Delamination via Ultrasonic Cavitation🔬

Our latest publication presents an innovative method developed for PV recycling: solvent-free delamination of PV modules using ultrasonic cavitation. This study is based on the PhD research of Dr. Aslı Birtürk.

A mass-based delamination efficiency of 82.2% was achieved, demonstrating that the separation mechanism is governed by mechanical interfacial weakening of the EVA layer.

In addition, life cycle assessment results indicate a net emission benefit of -5.75 kg CO₂ eq., highlighting the environmental advantage of the process.
